THERE MODUS OPERANDI...
They started business operations in Genaro Visarra Street as distributor of SWEET-O orange juice in around April 2009. Lamberto Medalla was the Manager, Alias Alma was the secretary and alyas Sam was the juice maker.
They hired agents to distribute their products in the entire Bohol Province.
After about two months they rented another office in Junction Dauis, Bohol.
They pretended to be distributors of food proucts. From softdrinks, to Cigarettes etc. Getting already the attention of dealers that they have plenty of stocks , businessmen from Tagbilaran City already entrusted some of their stocks on consignment basis with Post dated checks.
Checks issued at first were okay until the last incident where it was found out to be lack of funds.
Last Monday July 13, 2009 we were alarmed when two of their employees informed us that both their offices ; one in Visarra street and the other at Junction Dauis were closed. Rhea, a clerk was the first one to arrive wondered why both offices were still closed . She then remembered that last Saturday afternoon, July 11 her boss Lamberto asked for the keys which she handed to him.
She then proceeded to the Junction Dauis office together with one of their sales agents and found out that it was almost empty except for some boxes of Nature's Spring water and an empty box of a photocopier with curtains already placed in the windows. She tried to call her bosses' cellular phones ( Lamberto, Alma) but they could not be reached.
Sensing that something was wrong she went back to the Visarra Office and informed everyone that their Dauis office was in disarray.
Several clients ( dealers of products to Lamberto ) immediately went to RCBC Savings Bank including two(2) Computer Shops and other food products to encash the checks MEDALLA issued over the weekend. They were disappointed when they found out that his Checking account was already closed.
A few minutes later many victims arrived in there Visarra Office inquiring the whereabouts of Lamberto but he could not be found.

ANYBODY CAN HELP US TRACK DOWN THESE VICTIMS WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1. Locate the distributor/ supplier of SWEET-O orange in Manila ( either Malabon or Novaliches )Medalla has been distributing here in Bohol.
2. Check the addresses/ cellphone numbers of his cohorts if they are existing.
3. Ask help from Globe/ Smart thru 3G the location of the subjects. Some celfone numbers are still ringing but not answering.
4. Ask help from LTO to track down in higways for the Multicab with Plate No. YFB719.
5. Another possible get away car is the Honda Civic car with plate no. DWL809 white color. A deed of sale of the motor vehicle from ANTONIO P. MARANAN of Villa Macaria Subdivision, Candelaria, Quezon sold to Lamberto Medalla on February 12, 2009 executed by Atty. Augusto S. Pablo PTR No. 717505 issued at Caloocan 1/5/09 TIN No. 364-467-717.

July 12, 2009- Lamberto Medalla with companion aka SAM left their store at dawn in Junction Dauis on board the Multicab Van white color with Plate no. YFB719. Fully loaded with stolen goods. They drove to Ubay, Bohol.
Secretary/ cohort Alma or Divina Garcia Rodrigo took the early flight of Philippine Airlines bound for Manila. She was seen hurriedly riding a tricycle with several baggages. In fact it was learned she was charged for excess baggage.
Another cohort Mildred Sy took a fast craft bound for Cebu. Heard she is somewhere in Cebu City, Lahug together with another cohort a certain SHIELA.
@ around 10 am they boarded a barge bound to Bato, Leyte Ferry Terminal. They were spotted around 1 o'clock in the afternoon.
They then drove to Northern Samar.
We contacted Mr. Manny Boholano- PPA Tagbilaran City Manager for info about the different ports in Samar. He told us most ferry terminals there are private-operated but gave the the name of Mr. Jesus M. Estudillo OIC, TMO of San Isidro/ San Jose. He confirmed that around 2:30 am July 13, Medalla and companion with the Multicab van boarded M/V Allen Jones of Sta. Clara Shipping in Allen Northern Samar.
After two hours, they were confirmed to drove away at Matnog Ferry Terminal in Legazpi City Albay.
Now...probabaly they are scot-free roaming around in Metro Manila.....
